As a Paralegal Agency we conduct our business under the authority of the Provincial Offences Act. We promote ourselves as Agents under this act and as nothing else.

• We will not lie, cheat or use low handed techniques to our clients or to any court process.
• We will follow the instructions of our clients at all times as outlined in our authorization forms.
• Our number one goal with our clients is to try and get them off the charge first and foremost.
• If that goal cannot be achieved, our secondary goal is to try and reduce the impact of the charge as much as possible in the client's best interest.
• Our third goal, if the first two do not occur is to run a full trial and let the court process either dismiss the charge or rule in favor of the Prosecution.
• We will not take on a case for the simple process of business, if there is nothing reasonably expected out of the case the client must be informed of this before signing up. The final decision for representation is theirs.
• We do not price match with other Agencies. Unlike the majority of other Agency's out there that has set rates and fees for all work completed our prices are set as per the work it will take us to complete the representation.
• We will not and do not offer any false promises or guarantees to anyone. There or no guarantees to what may take place in court.
• We will handle all persons with the up-most respect they deserve bearing in mind that respect is also earned and not gained.
